The perception is that you have to spend an awful lot of money to buy a classic car but this is just not the case as evidenced by the estimated prices of some of the classic cars that are about to come up for sale at H and H’s, The Pavilion Garden, Buxton auction on the 10th April 2019. You can pick up a classic vehicle for a four-figure sum if necessary.
Below we list some of the cars that are being auctioned but a full list of vehicles can be found on the H and H website.
Fancy a nice two-seater open top sports car then why not take a look at a 1985 Reliant Scimitar SS1 1600 red vehicle. It has an estimated price of £3,000 to £4,000. This lovely car has only had one owner and has done a mere 34,000 miles which we are sure you will agree is a very low mileage for a car of this age. It has a 5-speed gearbox.
If you are looking for something a little bigger then what about a 1970 Daimler Sovereign 2.8. This family saloon car has an estimated price of £3,500 to £4,500. It has 57,000 miles on the clock but rather interestingly it has only done 5,000 miles in the last 13 years. It comes with a blue leather interior.
At the luxury end of the car market how about a 1975 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. It has an estimated price of £5,000 to £7,000. It has a blue leather interior and has 73,000 miles on the clock.
There is an interesting looking 1963 Volvo PV544 being offered for sale with an estimated price of £3,000 to £4,000. It has had the same owner since 1991. It has a red leather interior.
Those of you interested in sports cars may want to take a look at a 1972 Jensen Healey that has an estimated price of £7,000 to £9,000. It is a great looking red two seater open topped sports car. It has 3 previous owners and has been restored.
How about a 1968 Hillman Imp Californian that has an estimated price of £7,000 to £9,000. This is a delightful looking car with red bodywork.
A wonderful looking 1937 Austin Seven Ruby is available with an estimated price of £6,000 to £8,000. It has just under 88,000 miles on the clock. It has maroon/black bodywork and red leather seats.
