Vintage car enthusiasts may like to get along to Ascot Racecourse on the 26th September 2020 where there are some interesting vehicles being auctioned by Historics Auctioneers. Full details can be found on their website but below we mention a few of them.
If you like open-topped sports cars then why not take a look at a red 1993 Alfa Romeo Spider S4 by Pininfarina that is being offered for sale with an estimate of £10,000 to £14,000. This one is said to have 76,870 km on the clock. Apparently, it has been converted from left to right hand drive.
Another open-topped sports car being offered for sale is a yellow 1996 AC Ace Brooklands that has an estimated sale price of £19,000 to £23,000. It is said to have a mere 4,982 miles on the clock making it very low mileage. It has black leather seating. Only 46 of these cars were built making it extremely rare.
It is great to see a Mini being auctioned. A red 1964 Morris Mini Cooper MK 1 is being offered for sale with an estimated price of £23,000 to £28,000. It has taken part in a number of races over the years.
How about a red 1972 Jaguar E-Type S111 2+2 Coupe that has an estimated sale price of £36,000 to £41,000. It is said to have 87,880 miles on the clock. It has black leather seating. It was fully restored between 1992 and 1996.
If you are looking for something a little different why not cast your eyes over a 1948 Alvis TA14 Shooting Brake that has an estimated sale price of £14,000 to £18,000. It is said to have 90,252 miles on the clock. It really appears to be a lovely looking car with a lot of woodwork on display both inside and outside.
If you have a sizeable bank balance then you may want to look over a green 1985 Aston Martin V8 Volante that has an estimated sale price of £110,000 to £140,000. It is said to only have 46,800 miles on the clock. It appears in wonderful condition.
